  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.

  • Returns are only considered in rare cases where the product is received in damaged or defective condition, and only if the proper procedure is followed (see below).


Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • If the product is personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order.

  • If no unboxing video is provided as proof of damage.

  • If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.


Return Request Process

If your product arrives in a damaged or defective state, and you believe you’re eligible for a refund, you must follow the steps below:

    • Share unboxing videos and clear images of the damaged or incorrect item.

    • Our team will inspect the evidence and confirm if your claim qualifies under our refund policy.


Refund Process

If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • It may take 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Note: Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Return Shipping (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a return is approved, the product must be shipped back to us:

  • The customer is responsible for safe packaging and return shipping.
